VendaMart provides flexible shipping methods to help you save freight or time.

Order handling time

After orders are paid, the shipping department generally takes 3-6 working days (Affected by hot-sales season or public holidays, the processing time may be extended to 5-10 working days) for quality inspection, packaging, and then delivery to the logistics center for shipment.

Shipping methods

As a factory wholesale platform, in order to help customers obtain more cost-effective shipping services, VendaMart provides customers in North America, with flexible shipping methods, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, Air Cargo, Sea Cargo, USPS, DHL e-commerce, etc.

DHL, UPS, FedEx, Air Cargo, Sea Cargo do not support shipping addresses with “P.O.BOX” or “BOX”. If you choose the above shipping method, please be sure to fill in the accurate shipping address.

Tracking your packages

We provide complete and timely logistics information tracking for all orders in our website (https://www.vendamart.com).

Only the packages that have been packaged and sent to logistics companies can be tracked logistics information.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
